  4.      Lotto Challenger is a number selection program that can be used with
  5.      all Pick-5, Pick-6 and Pick-7 Lotto games.  Lotto Challenger is by
  6.      design, easy to learn and use.  However, we recommend that you print
  7.      the documentation file, LC.DOC, and read through it before using the
  8.      program.  Other files you should also read are CHANGES.TXT, 
  9.      FILES.TXT, SYSTEMS.TXT and BOOKS.TXT.

  11.      To print any of these files, type "TYPE A:FILENAME.EXT > PRN",
  12.      substituting FILENAME.EXT with the actual name and extension of the
  13.      file.  For example, to print the file CHANGES.TXT, you should type
  14.      "TYPE A:CHANGES.TXT > PRN" (without the quotation marks).  This
  15.      example assumes your Lotto Challenger program diskette is in drive A.

  17.      Since this version is much larger than previous versions, it was
  18.      necessary to compress some of the non-critical files in order to
  19.      distribute all the files on one 360K 5 1/4" diskette.  The file 
  20.      FILES.COM is a self-extracting compressed file and contains the
  21.      following non-critical files:  BOOKS.TXT, CHANGES.TXT, CONVSYS.TXT,
  22.      FILES.TXT, LC.DOC, SYSTEMS.TXT, WHEEL5.SYS, and WHEEL7.SYS.

  24.      NOTE: If you received Lotto Challenger on a 3 1/2" 720K diskette, 
  25.      there is enough room on the diskette for all program files without
  26.      compressing. Therefore, there is no FILES.COM file on the diskette.
  27.      You can ignore the following paragraph.

  29.      Before extracting these files, it will be necessary to copy the
  30.      file FILES.COM either to another formatted floppy diskette or to
  31.      your hard disk.  DO NOT attempt to extract the files prior to 
  32.      copying the file, since there is not enough space on one 360K
  33.      diskette for all the files.  Once you have copied the file, you can
  34.      extract all the files by simply typing "FILES" and pressing the
  35.      ENTER key.  Once you have extracted the files, you can delete the
  36.      file FILES.COM.

  38.      We have spent many hours developing Lotto Challenger over the past
  39.      two years.  We estimate total development time to be about 2000
  40.      hours spent in some way, form, or fashion getting Lotto Challenger
  41.      to this point.  We have enjoyed most of that time (who really likes
  42.      debugging programs!), but expect some compensation for our efforts.
  43.      Put yourself in our place; we are sure you'll agree.

  45.      A data file for the Florida lottery is included with the package
  46.      so that you can begin using the program immediately.  Of course
  47.      you can type in the numbers for your own state if you wish.

  50.      recent version of Lotto Challenger, program support, a current
  51.      data file of your choice, our regularly distributed newsletter, a 
  52.      CompuServe Introductory Membership, and a 10% discount on all

  54.      registration form by pressing F9 at the Lotto Challenger main
  55.      menu, and then pressing F10 at the closing screen.

  61.      software entitles you to a Introductory Membership in CompuServe
